PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a jacket with a belt not losing a collar line even in wearing the belt, fitting the waist while maintaining a beautiful silhouette, having excellent designability. SOLUTION: This jacket 1 with a belt has a constitution in which a belt piece 2 with a buckle 15 and a belt piece 2' to be connected to the belt piece 2 with the buckle 15 are passed from the back of front body parts 7 and 7' of the jacket through the surface into slits 5 and 5' provided on the front body parts 7 and 7' of reverse hem parts 6 and 6' of bottom collars 4 and 4'. The ends of the belt pieces are fixed along sewing lines 9 and 9' of the front body parts 7 and 7' and rear body parts 8 and 8' of the jacket 1. The waist of the jacket is fastened by the belt with the buckle 15 appearing between both collars 3 and 3'.
