PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover with a gasket which obviates the generation of an out gas (chemical contamination) harmful to an HDD. SOLUTION: The cover with the gasket to be mounted in an aperture of a main body for the HDD is formed by press forming the cover 1, applying an adhesive 2 of a tinless UV curing resin of a urethane system to the cover 1 and fixing and forming the cover by UV rays. As a result, the generation of the out gas is prevented.
