PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure using a bolt and a nut and, capable of facilitating work and of screwing the bolt from the upper surface side of an upper side member, without having using another member in installing a lower side member on the upper side member. SOLUTION: An installing structure using a bolt and a nut installs a lower side member 20 via damping rubber 30 on an upper side member 10. A nut 52 is welded to the flange part 42 of a flange-bearing collar 40, having a cylindrical part 41 and a flange part 42 and made of a metal. The lower side member 20 is engaged with the outer peripheral part 32 of the damping rubber. The cylindrical part 41 of the flange-bearing collar is fitted to the hole 31 of the damping rubber from the lower portion. The upper surface 30a of the damping rubber is abutted to the lower surface 12 of the upper side member. A bolt 51 is screwed in a nut 52 via the upper side member 20 and the cylindrical part 41 of the flange-bearing collar from the upper surface side of the upper side member 10. Thus, the lower side member 20 is installed via the damping rubber 30 on the upper side member 10.
