PURPOSE: To provide a cap bottle seal mechanism in which a superior sealing characteristic can be maintained at a stage of distribution, at a time of storage as well as at a time of display at a shop and it can follow up a variation in size of bottle. CONSTITUTION: There is provided a mechanism in which a cap sealingly closes an opening of a bottle when the cap is fitted to an opening neck of the bottle, wherein a ring-like supporting segment 130 is vertically arranged at an inner circumferential edge of a lower surface of a top plate 110, a ring-like sealing segment 140 is projected inwardly at an inner circumferential edge of a lower end of the ring-like supporting segment, an engagement ring 141 is projected upwardly at an upper surface of an inner circumferential edge at the ring-like sealing segment, a sealing ring 142 having an inner concave-curved surface, continuous with it and having a certain step outside of it, and an engagement ring 111 engaged with the ring-like sealing segment is projected downward inside the ring-like supporting segment at the lower surface of the top plate.
