PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chloroprene-based rubber composition excellent in practical properties, also excellent in kneading processability, and comprising a chloroprene-based rubber and a powdery vulcanized rubber, further to provide the vulcanized product thereof, and a method for material recycle of the powdery vulcanized rubber. SOLUTION: This chloroprene-based rubber composition comprises the chloroprene-based rubber and the powdery vulcanized rubber. The chloroprene- based rubber composition preferably contains sulfur-modified chloroprene-based rubber and a peptizing agent.
