PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine for construction work having two work arms in an attitude excellent workability, conducting two work individually and concurrently, capable of exerting safe and relatively large force, and adaptable to wide-range work very efficiently. SOLUTION: This twin-work arm work machine is provided with a first work machine 11 formed of a revolving superstructure 14 revolvably mounted on a travel vehicle body 13 and a work arm 8 constituted of a boom 16 and an arm 17 erectably supported on the revolving superstructure 14, a second work machine 12 arranged adjacently to the first work machine 11 and having nearly the same structure, a coupling body 2 connecting the travel vehicle bodies 13 of the work machines 11, 12 together, and an operation section 7 having the operation lever 21a of the first work machine 11 and the operation lever 21b of the second work machine 12. The boom 16 has a pivotal spindle tiltable outward on the opposite side to the coupling body 2, the tilt angle Q of the boom 16 is fixed with the root of the boom 16 inclined to the outside of a machine body, thereby the refraction range K of the work arm 8 can be changed.
