PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery device capable of easily testing the function of a switch drive circuit for energizing and driving a non-revertible switch without operating the non-revertible switch, and capable of reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The secondary battery device has a non-revertible switch 4 mounted in series on a charging/discharging circuit of a secondary battery 1 to physically shut the charging/discharging circuit by the operation and a switch drive circuit (FET7) for detecting the terminal voltage of the secondary battery to conduct and drive the non-revertible switch when the terminal voltage reaches a prescribed voltage. Specifically, conductor circuits 12 and 13 for connecting the switch drive circuit and the non-revertible switch alternately are mounted separately (by a slit 14) and a connecting part 11 to be connected with the padding of solder, etc., after the operation test of the switch drive circuit is also mounted.
