<p>The invention is based on the problem how to provide a perfectly simple concept of a wastewater treatment device, which could be either added to an existing cesspool, or in particular suitable for new-built residential facilities as an autonomous device, while its effectiveness would be at least so good that it would ensure concurrent and acceptable wastewater treatment for one household or in certain cases a smaller number of households where an anticipated average quantity of wastewater would be treated. The treatment should provide such a water quality that at its output it would be non-toxic for the environment or suitable for sinking, letting free into flowing waters or watering gardens and similar. The wastewater treatment device consists of a reservoir (1), a reaction unit (2) and a precipitating unit (3), which are all hydraulically linked to each other. The reservoir (1) features a volume, which usually corresponds to the volume of the existing cesspool, when available. It is equipped with an angle (4) for the influx of wastewater to the reservoir (1), reaching beneath the level of the liquid contained inside the reservoir (1). In the reaction unit (2) there is apart from the carrier of biomass provided next to the bottom of the reaction unit (2), an air blowing assembly (5) featuring a compressor (8) for the supply of air. The precipitating unit (3) features an element, which is cone-shaped towards the bottom, and is equipped with an air pump (7) located near the bottom that pumps air provided by the compressor (8) for returning the micro-organism flakes from the precipitating unit (3) to the reservoir (1).</p> |
