PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system and an image output method for managing surely and easily the distributed outputs and distribution destinations when the outputs are distributed to plural distribution destinations. SOLUTION: When the image data read out of a memory 306 which holds image data are outputted in plural copies by an image output means PRT, the identification data of smaller numbers than the number of copies are allocated to the image data in every copy. Meanwhile, the data showing the distribution destination are inputted in response to the identification data and the identification data and the distribution destinations are outputted in a correspondence list.
