PURPOSE: A disk brake system maximizes the effective radius of a disk rotor without changing the size of a disk wheel to increase braking torque on brake to improve braking performance. CONSTITUTION: A disk rotor(12) integrally comprises a central part(12a), a bent part(12b), a front end(12c) and a contacting part(12d). The central part(12a) is fixed on a hub(10). The bent part(12b) is extended from the central part(12a) and bent by the inside of a disk wheel(14). The front end(12c) is extended and bent downward from the front end of the bent part(12b). The contacting part(12d) is engaged with the front end(12c) to face with a pad(16a) in a caliper(16). The caliper(16) has an opening part opened to one side thereof and fixed on a car body to face with a rim(14a) of the disk wheel(14).
