PURPOSE: A noise insulation apparatus for refrigerator is provided to achieve an aesthetic enhancement and prevent noise leakage from the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A noise insulation apparatus comprises a lower cover(20) attached to a refrigerator front surface(12) beneath a refrigerator door(14), and which has an accommodation groove(20a) formed at the bottom surface of the lower cover; and a skirt member(22) accommodated into the accommodation groove in such a manner that the skirt member is lowered by the weight of the skirt member, and which contacts the floor area where the refrigerator is installed. The skirt member includes a main body(22a) having a lower end contacting the floor area, and a flange part(22b) formed at an upper end of the main body of the skirt member. Since the skirt member accommodated into the accommodation groove is arranged to always contact the floor area, the noise generated from the compressor is insulated to the maximum degree.
