PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board in which the misalignment of an electronic part is prevented. SOLUTION: In a circuit board 1 in which an electronic part having a pair of terminal electrodes for a surface mounting is mounted and in which a circuit pattern having board side terminal electrodes 4a, 4b corresponding to the terminal electrodes is formed, an insulating layer 5 is wholly formed such that only the pair of board side terminal electrodes and the surface of the board between the pair of board side terminal electrodes are exposed.
