PURPOSE: A street lamp and method for manufacturing the same is provided to lengthen the useful life of the lamp by employing an LED lamp, and protect the lamp housing from moisture infiltration by ultrasonic welding the lamp housing and reinforced plastic window. CONSTITUTION: A street lamp comprises a case(1) having a fixing protrusion(17); a lamp housing(2) to be inserted into the case; a reinforced plastic window(5) covering the top of the lamp housing; an electric circuit board(11) to be fixed in the lamp housing; a plurality of LED lamps(15) connected in parallel with each other on the electric circuit board; a board terminal(12) arranged for the electric circuit board; a power connecting terminal(13) arranged underneath the lamp housing; an electric wire(14) for connecting the board terminal and the power connecting terminal; a buffer member(8) arranged between the case and the lamp housing; and a power connecting port(16) for leading the electric wire into the case. |
