发明名称 ROTOR BLADE FOR WIND POWER GENERATOR AND SHAPING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A rotor blade for a wind power generator and a producing method of the blade are provided to improve rotating performance of the blade through reducing weight of the rotor blade for improving efficiency of the wind power generator. CONSTITUTION: A rotor blade(2) of a wind power generator is formed by a tube(16) of a thin bulletproof film filled with helium gas; and a reinforcing unit formed by bulletproof textile laminated on the tube. Therefore, weight of the rotor blade is reduced while improving surface strength of the rotor blade by the reinforcing unit. Thus, the rotor blade is conveniently installed on an upper portion of a steel tower. Moreover, the rotor blade is firmly supported at the upper portion of the steel tower without increasing strength at a combined portion by the reinforcing unit. Mechanical strength of polymer material composing the reinforcing unit of the rotor blade is not inferior to metal for preventing breakage of the rotor blade.
