PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely conduct waterproof construction in a joint required for installing a building panel. SOLUTION: This joint material 10 that a compressive waterproof material 12 and an adhesive waterproof material 14 are laminated is sandwitched between a base material frame 30 of a building panel P, and a surface material frame 20, and a part of the adhesive waterproof material 14 of the joint material 10 and a separating sheet 18 stuck to the back of the adhesive waterproof material 14 are projected outward over the side end of the building panel P. After the building panel P is installed, the separating sheet 18 is removed from the adhesive waterproof material 14 of the joint material 10, the adhesive waterproof material 14 is pressed tot he inside surface from the base of the joint to be stuck, and the joint is sealed above the adhesive waterproof material 14. Accordingly, the joint waterproof construction can be simply and surely conducted.
