SUBSTANCE: electric installation kit of tools to manufacture parts of electric equipment is characterized by its manufacture in the form of flat-nosed pliers with working jaws. One of them has thickness varying along length and forms frame rectangular in plan made of heat resistant material with two longitudinal grooves of variable depth arranged with displacement relative to its longitudinal axis to opposite sides which accommodate contact bridges of device and working cut-out located along longitudinal axis of each groove in its bottom part at one end of frame to accommodate strap of metal or high-conductance alloy subject to electric welding to proper contact bridge of device. Configuration and dimensions of working cut-out correspond to configuration and dimensions of strap. Groove at end of frame distant from working cut-out has greater depth than over the rest of length of frame and flange. Frame in zone of location of section of groove of greater depth has thickness exceeding thickness of frame of section of location of working cut-out. Thickness of bottom part of groove in zone of location of working cut-out does not exceed thickness of strap. Height of walls of groove in zone of location of working cut-out does not exceed height of longitudinal walls of contact bridge. Another jaw of flat-nosed pliers has clamp section to hold each contact bridge during welding. EFFECT: improved convenience of electric welding of parts of electric equipment with simultaneous provision of precision and reliability of registration of joined parts, increased productivity. 3 cl, 7 dwg |
