PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal panel to which antibacterial and antifungal properties are applied without damaging coating film capacity. SOLUTION: In a coated metal panel having an antibacterial/antifungal coating film formed thereon by coating and baking a thermosetting paint to which a carrier having an antibacterial/antifungal agent supported thereon is added, the carrier comprises a copolymer of (meth)acrylic ester and an acidic group- containing monomer and an antibacterial/antifungal agent wherein at least one of silver, tin, copper and zinc is carried by an ionic bond and an organic nitrogen/sulfur type antibacterial/antifungal agent are together added to the acidic group-containing monomer.
