<p>The invention concerns a device for cell and tissue culture comprising a closed pressurising circuit (2) designed to deliver a selected gas under selected pressure, at least a culture chamber (6) housing support means (13) for at least a deformable membrane (14) forming in the chamber (6) an interface between first (17) and second parts with variable matching volumes, the first part (17) being designed to receive cells and/or tissues to be cultured and to be supplied with culture fluid by a first reservoir (8), and said second part (16) being designed to be supplied with gas by the pressurising circuit (2) and evacuate at least part of said gas. It further comprises control means (3, 4) capable of determining, on the basis of selected criteria relative to the type of culture to be carried out, the gas to be introduced into the second part (16), its pressure and the duration of said gas introduction, and of controlling access to the first and second parts of the chamber (6) so as to simultaneously control the shape of the membrane (14), the fluid culture supply and the fluid circulation in the first part.</p> |
