PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the necessity of a lot of time up to the return to central frequency because scanning is started from the state where the frequency scanning range of a PRN code is extended in the next startup of a power source after the cut of the power source in the interrupted state of the radio wave from a satellite to shorten the time required up to the receipt of the radio wave.
