PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite coating structure for waterproofing and a method for construction thereof which can exert excellent interlaminar adhesion easily without impairing secondary adhesion even when wax or paraffin is added, and further necessitate no sanding on the occasion of repair. SOLUTION: The composite coating structure is constituted at least of a base (A), a fiber-reinforced resin layer formed by using a resin containing wax and/or paraffin of 50-5000 ppm and laminated on the base (A), and a top coat resin layer (c) laminated on the fiber-reinforced resin layer (B). The top coat resin layer (C) is formed by using an acrylic polyol constituted by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer component (x) containing a polymerizable monomer having a cycloalkyl (a) by 5.0-98.0 wt.% and a polymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl (b) by 2.0-35.0 wt.%.
