PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve vibration isolating capability as compared with the ordinary liquid sealed vibration isolator, to simplify a seal structure of a liquid chamber, and prevent lowering of vibration isolating capability over along period of time. SOLUTION: When vibration from an engine is input to a vibration isolator 10 through a top plate hardware 28, a rubber elastic body 24 is elastically deformed by vibration to enlarge and reduce the content volume of a pressure receiving liquid chamber 88. Thus, a fluid flows through a limit passage 92 mutually between the pressure receiving liquid chamber 88 and a sub-liquid chamber 90, so that vibration energy from the engine is absorbed by viscous resistance or the like of a liquid flowing between the liquid chambers 88, 90. Simultaneously with the above, a controller 64 applies driving voltage to an electromagnet 40 so that a yoke 38 as a mass body vibrates with a vibration frequency corresponding to the vibration in a car body 12. Thus, inertia force of the yoke 38 is transmitted to the car body 12, and the inertia force acts to cancel the vibration of the car body 12. |
