PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide float glass for the substrate of display solving the problem of yellow coloring. SOLUTION: This float glass for the substrate of display is a sheet glass formed to sheet by the floating process from a silicate glass comprising 7.5 to 20 mol% of Li2O, Na2O and K2O in total, 1.5 mol% or more of Al2O3, 0 to 3.5 mol% of BaO, and one or more selected from the group of F, Cl, Br and I.
