PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple construction by using a driving source for travelling and traversing in common with a driving source for tire changing steering. SOLUTION: Bogies 105a, 105b of a dual-tire travelling device 104 are arranged to be turnable with respect to the lower part of a crane body structure. In travelling and traversing, a stopper rod 113 is fitted to a lock hole 114a (114b) for constraining the turning of the bogies 105a, 105b, and then a tire 109a is driven by a motor 110. Tires 109b, 109c are driven wheels. During tire changing steering, the stopper rod 113 is removed out of the lock hole 114a (114b) and then the tire 109a is driven by the motor 110, whereby the bogie 105a is turned and the bogie 105b connected to the bogie 105a via a link 111 is synchronously turned.
