PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outer loop control from being mismatched before and after performing hand-over connection. SOLUTION: In the transmission power control method for CDMA communication system, at the ordinary connection for a mobile station to communicate only with a single base station, a quality control part in the base station connected with the mobile station performs the transmission power control of an incoming link corresponding to a receiving quality and at the hand-over connection for the mobile station to be connected with plural base stations, a quality control part in a switchboard housing the base station as the object of hand-over performs the transmission power control of the incoming link corresponding to a composite receiving quality. |
