PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic switch, controlling generation of abrasion powder in motion of an interlocking lever and hardly causing contact failure of contacts when a very small quantity of abrasion powder is generated. SOLUTION: The magnetic switch comprises a movable core 23 to be attracted to/separated from a fixed core 5 by a magnet, a movable frame 28 with a movable contact element 27 interlocking with the movement of the movable core 23, an interlocking lever 21 with a first end inserted into a loose engagement part 23a formed in the movable core 23 and a second end being the center of rotation, inserted into a receiving groove 2a formed on the opposite side from the movable core 23 by way the movable frame 28, and a projecting piece 21a mounted on the interlocking lever 21, abutting to the surface opposite from the movable frame 28 of the movable core 23.
