The vehicle comprises a frame supporting the hood roof skin with side frame parts (6,7) supported via a main column (8) and a main guide bar (9) pivotably movable on a rear main bearing (10) of the vehicle bodywork (11). The side frame parts are connected via a roof peak part (13) in the closed position on the upper cross rail of a windscreen frame. The hood frame (1) is formed by a light structure comprising extruded profile parts (60,61). These extruded profile parts are completely or mostly of aluminium. They are formed in their cross-section contour at least partly as accommodation profiles.
