INTERLOCK DEVICE OF AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER

PURPOSE: An interlock device of an air circuit breaker is provided to prevent a system from being damaged due to over-rotation of a handle by stopping rotating a screw with a lock pin when the air circuit breaker is stopped at a stop position. CONSTITUTION: An interlock device of an air circuit breaker includes: a working screw(21) rotated by a handle; a lead bar(22) controlling the position of a circuit breaker; a compression spring(23) resetting the position of the lead bar; a plane cam having a working hole connected with a side of the lead bar, rotated centering on a hinge axis by the lead bar; a position interlock plate cam(27) interlocking by rotation of the plane cam to be moved perpendicularly to movement of the working screw; a lock slide(28) sprung forward to stop the interlock device when the circuit breaker reaches the stop position; a slide compression spring(29) applying elasticity to the lock slide; a lock pin(30) having the front end inserted into a lock groove of the working screw when the circuit breaker reaches the stop position; and a lock pin spring(31) applying elasticity to the lock pin. When the lock slide is pushed and the handle is rotated in a handle fitting groove, the plane cam is rotated clockwise centering on the hinge axis. The lock slide stops moving the position interlock plate cam with the slide compression spring when the circuit breaker reaches the stop position. The lock pin is inserted into the lock groove by the lock pin spring. The circuit breaker is stopped at the stop position when the lock slide is pushed repeatedly.
