PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsealing mechanism of a bag wherein the bag can be easily unsealed along an opening of the bag even if there are circumstances where it is difficult to unseal or even if the bag is handled roughly. SOLUTION: An over tape 21 to cover and seal an opening 13 of a laminate bag 1 comprising a film body such as a paper 2, a plastic film 3, a metallic film 3 and a laminate sheet 6 thereof is provided on the opening 13. The over tape 21 is equipped with a cut tape 22 for unsealing, and a cut 23 for unsealing is provided on a longitudinal extension end 26 of the over tape 21. Thus, when the bag is to be unsealed, the over tape 21 can be easily torn by pinching the tape 21 and applying force so that it is torn from the cut 23. Then the over tape 21 is torn to the cut tape 22, and subsequently the tape 21 can be easily torn along the cut tape 22 thereby unsealing the laminate bag 1.
