PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for printing on the surface of a resin container for letting a user distinctly recognize a product, its trade name or the like. SOLUTION: In order to print desired characters, figures, symbols and/or patterns on the surface of the resin container, the characters, the figures, the symbols and/or the patterns are printed with a desired opaque ink on the surface of the resin container. After that, the characters, the figures, the symbols and/or the patterns corresponding to the above characters, the above figures, the above symbols and/or the above patterns are printed on the printed characters, the printed figures, the printed symbols and/or the printed patterns thicker than their printed coating films.
