PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration from a vehicle wheel. SOLUTION: A large number of granular bodies are filled in the hollow part of a vehicle shaft. The granular bodies collide with each other and against their container by vibration, and thereby the vibration is reduced.
