PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut for floor panel and a floor structure in which a floor panel can be easily fixed onto the support board of the strut. SOLUTION: The strut 30 for a floor panel to support the floor panel 10 on a floor base is constituted of a support board 31 brought into contact with the lower face of the floor panel 10, a support 32 holding the support board 31 on the floor base, and a fixing member 70 fastening the floor panel 10 to the support board 31. An internal thread 40 is formed in the support board 31. The fixing member 70 is constituted of a bolt 50 screwed in the internal thread 40 of the support board 31 from the floor side and provided with a head 51, and a fastening member 60 provided with a head 62 pinching the floor panel 10 between the internal thread 61 screwed in the front end of a screw 52 of the bolt 50 and the support board 31.
