PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel with fire-resisting board capable of fitting the wall panel on a refractory material such as gypsum plasterboard or the like and connecting between the wall panels. SOLUTION: The wall panel 10 includes a rectangular frame body consisting of jambs 11 and cross rails 12 and faces 13 provided to both faces of the rectangular body. The gypsum plasterboard 15 is mounted on one face of the wall panel 10. Through-holes 14 passing through a direction at right angles to the direction of the thickness in the wall panel 10 are board in the jambs 11.d First opening section s 16 passing through the direction of the thickness and approximately coinciding with up and down positions of the through-holes 14 are bored in the faces 13. Second opening sections 17 passing through the direction of the thickness and approximately coinciding with up and down positions of the first opening sections 16 are bored in the gypsum plasterboard 15. The first opening sections 16 and second opening sections 17 are connected with each other.
