PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for an on-vehicle machine capable of facilitating work for posture adjustment and of reducing the cost of equipment without degrading the reliability of supporting and fixing. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a stand 13 having a spherical shape part 13a to be abutted along a spherical shape part 12a formed on an on-vehicle machine case 12 and an installation part 13b to be installed on an installed surface. The spherical shape part 12a has a screw hole 12b and plural grooves 15a-15d for projection insertion. The spherical shape part 13a has a groove 13d for screw insertion and a projection part 13e capable of being loosely fitted into the grooves 15a-15d for projection insertion. The spherical shape part 13a is abutted along the spherical shape part 12a with the projection part 13e inserted into one of the grooves for projection insertion (for instance, 15a), the groove 13d for screw insertion is pierced with it, and a fixing screw 14 is screwed to the screw hole 12b.
