PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently parallel-process processing A, B having a bias to processing amounts in audio signal processing. SOLUTION: First - third sub-signal processing parts 11-13 are capable of ending the processing A within (N×T) hours. A main signal processing part 10 is capable of ending the processing B within T hours. An input digital signal is distributed sequentially to different sub-signal processing parts 11-13 with a distribution part 14 to be processed. Thereafter, a selection part 15 selects sequentially the processed signals, and the main signal processing part 10 processes them, and the signal processing is performed efficiently.
