PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for automatic vending machine which is assembled and disassembled easily, has proper strength and maintains good heat insulation performance through a long period. SOLUTION: An inner box is constituted by arranging heat insulation panels in the state of thick plates respectively obtained by adhering a steel plate to the surface of a heat insulated material inside of an outer box consisting of a top panel, a bottom plate, both-side plates and a back plate. A cushionable seal member and a heat insulation piece having a slope are arranged outside of the ridge part of the inner box being the connecting parts of the heat insulation panels. An engaging means for fixing the heat insulation panels mutually to a prescribed positional relation and pressurizing the seal member to improve the airtightness of the inner box.
