PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take capture image date processed with hardware into a CPU and the like. SOLUTION: Image date which are read from a picture memory 4, are magnified by a magnification/reduction processing circuit 5, for example. Magnified image date are transmitted to a display device 8 and are coptured into a buffer circuit 6. Vertical position date which are set on a CPU 7-side are compared with vertical position date, which are set on a display controller 9 side by a matching detection comparator 64e. Horizontal position data which are set on the CPU 7 side, are compared with horizontal position data, which are set on the display controller 9-side by a matching detection comparator 64f. As a result, when are two pieces of position data are matched, pixel data in the position written into a FIFO memory 62, until it reaches storage capacity and are read with the timing of a CPU 7. Since minified image data are taken into the CPU 7, it is not necessary to perform magnification processing by software and the load on the CPU 7 can be reduced.
