GALVANIZED STEEL EXCELLENT IN ANTI-DAZZLE CHARACTERISTIC AND CORROSION RESISTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip galvanized steel sheet not only excellent in anti-dazzle characteristics (low luster) compared to those by the conventional technique but also excellent in adhesion and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: This galvanized steel excellent in antidazzle characteristics and corrosion resistance is obtained by providing the surface of galvanized steel with an antidazzle film in which oxide ceramic particles for antidazzle with a particle size of 4.5 to 1.2μm are dispersed into a water soluble synthetic resin coating material.
