PURPOSE: An ink transfer system of a wet type electrophotographic color printer is provided to mix toner and a liquid carrier to make a developer in a predetermined concentration and supply the developer to a developing unit. CONSTITUTION: Each of a plurality of circulation tanks(110) stores a developer to be provided to a developing unit(20). Each of a plurality of spraying units(120) is placed between each circulation tank and each developing unit to spray ink contained in the circulation tank to a developing gap of the developing unit. A plurality of ink cartridges(130) respectively store concentrated inks with different colors. Multiple concentrated ink supply paths(135) supply the concentrated inks to corresponding circulation tanks. A carrier tank(140) stores carriers to be provided to the circulation tanks. A carrier supply path(145) supplies the carriers in the carrier tank to each circulation tank. A waste tank(150) collects waste ink in the circulation tanks. A filter(160) filters the waste ink contained in the waste tank to provide carriers to the carrier tank.
