Pellet-freezing device and process

Providing a pellet-freezing device which prevents the pellets from sticking in the freezing section and enables continuous, undisrupted production of pellets to be achieved. The cryogenic freezer has a freezing fluid supply nozzle (4) which is arranged above a freezing conduit (3) which is connected to a coolant chamber (5). The coolant chamber is coupled to a coolant conveyor (2) through a conveyor line (7) and a controller regulates the coolant amount in the coolant chamber. An independent claim is also included for cryogenic freezing method for liquid.
