PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film for packaging having antiblockability, an antistatic effect, further an excellent defogging effect and a sufficiently adhesive strength to a film base material. SOLUTION: The laminated film for packaging is formed of a sealant film having a base material film, an outer layer contacted with the material film and an inner layer contacted with a content. In this case, base material of each of the outer layer and the inner layer is a linear low density polyethylene containing a 4-8Cα-olefin and an ethylene. The inner layer contains a surfactant of 0.1 to 1.0 wt.% containing a nonionic main material and an anti-blocking agent having a particle size of 5 to 15μm of 0.5 to 2.0 wt.%. A thickness of the sealant film is 20 to 200μm. A thickness of the inner layer of the sealant film is 5 to 70%.
