PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reutilization processor and reprocessing system of an electronic image recorder for efficiently securing the reutilization of components. SOLUTION: Since the CPU of an electronic still camera 100 whose using time limit is determined limits photographing corresponding to the fact that a photographed number or the like becomes a prescribed number after being sold, a user having the electronic still camera 100 by which photographing cannot be performed anymore is required to bring the electronic still camera 100 to a prescribed place such as a laboratory where this reutilization processor 200 is installed or the like at the time of desiring images on the basis of photographed image data and thus, the recovery rate of the electronic still camera 100 is improved. Further, in the laboratory or the like, since limitation by the CPU is cancelled by a limitation canceling device 207, by making a maker recover the electronic image recorder which is made usable, required components are reutilized and thus, a new electronic still camera 100 is provided at a low cost.
