The invention refers to the metering devices structure and is provided for metering the liquid into vessels at high productivity, precision, automation of the dose regulation process in a brief time interval and a stable dose indication on the control panel of the metering machine. The metering pump comprises an interior cylinder with holes, an exterior cylinder with inlet and outlet branch pipes, a spider into which it is fixed a quill shaft, a regulating cover, a Maltese-cross movement, an electromagnetic clutch, bevel gears and a driving shaft. The holes into the interior cylinder are carried out at an angle of 90 degree with each other and the frontal holes at an angle of 45 degree with the lateral ones axially coinciding with the inlet and outlet branch pipes accordingly.The reversal electric motor is connected by the shaft and the gear to the crown gear of the cover for regulation of the dose. In the crown gear lower part it is installed a contacting prod with a sleeve which indicates a liquid dose on the calibration rod depending on regulating cover position.Claims: 1Fig.: 2 |
