PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a control panel in a machine tool capable of efficiently exhausting heat out of the panel with suppressing enlargement of the control panel and cost increase. SOLUTION: In the cooling structure of the control panel in the machine tool including heating elements 9-12 stored and arranged in a substantially closed casing 2, a flexible out-of-panel supply pipe 20 is pulled into the casing 2 from the outside of the panel, an in-panel endothermic pipe 21 is stretched around the upper proximities of the heating elements 9-12 and pulled out of the panel via an out-of-panel discharge pipe 22, and cooling fluid is made to flow through the pipes 20, 21, 22.
