PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying water to an under-pool tray or to drain from it in water supply to a lower face for the purpose of water control in sowing with seeds, raising of seedling, cultivation of finished products, sales, etc., since automation can be attained if drain is naturally and completely carried out even in sufficient water absorption in culture soil. SOLUTION: The structure is a combination of the under-pool tray and a water supply/drain device with a filter and is provided with a channel at the bottom. The water supply/drain device is attached to one end of the channel.
