PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement affixated shaft prosthesis. SOLUTION: The drawing illustrates the cement affixated shaft prosthesis comprising a centering device 2 of plastic which can be pushed by a shaft end 3 at a far position to form a cavity to the shaft end at the far position. Between the shaft end 3 at the far position and the centering device 2, tightening coupling to enable deeper invasion of the shaft end toward the far position in the cavity exists. The tightening coupling is achieved by an insert part 7 formed no the centering device 2 in the cavity 4 to be protruded into a conical hole 5 in the shaft end 3 in a close direction.
