METHOD FOR PURIFYING AMIDE COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing impurities included in an amide compound-containing liquid, especially the amide compound- containing liquid produced by a hydration reaction of a nitrile compound using microorganismic cells containing nitrile hydratase or a treated product of the microorgansmic cells. SOLUTION: An amide compound is purified by bringing a liquid containing the amide compound into contact with active carbon in an acidic condition.
