PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a chin strap to an ear hanging strap surely in a good feeling. SOLUTION: An ear hanging strap 36 is stuck in an approximately V shape through hooks 37 to the right and left sides of a head band 34. The ear hanging strap 36 is passed through a seizing member 38. The seizing member 38 is made of a synthetic resin and provided with two slits through which the ear hanging strap is passed. A movable bar is set between the slits and the ear hanging strap 36 is passed through the slit so as to wind around the bar and passed through the other slit and reversed. The other side of the seizing member 38 is provided with another slit for fixing a chin strap 39. The chin strap 39 is inserted into the slit and the chin strap 39 is fixed by using a button 41.
