PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enables an on-vehicle broadcast receiver to continuously output video and sound even if the reception is interrupted. SOLUTION: The broadcast signal from a reception part 1 is always monitored by an output control part 2, and when it is decided that the reception is normal, the broadcast signal is outputted to a speaker 3 and a display part 4 and also recorded by a recording control part 5 to a storage part 6 repeatedly for a specific time. If the reception is interrupted, output of the broadcast signal is stopped and the broadcast signal recorded in the storage part 6 is read out and outputted.
