摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce the load of a CPU 1 by continuously transferring data from a first storage means 2 such as memory to a second storage means 3 without interposing the relevant CPU 1. SOLUTION: The CPU 1 stores data to be transferred in the first storage means 2 as table data, stores the leading address of the relevant table data in an address storage part 21 as a read address and stores the number of data to be transferred in a transfer number storage part 22 as a transfer number. Since the CPU 1 outputs a transfer request to a DMA controller 5 in such a state, the DMA controller 5 starts the transfer successively from an address corresponding to the read address in the first storage means 2 and when the transfer number is reached, transfer is finished. By performing such transfer continuously until the transfer request is eliminated, the load of the CPU 1 is efficiently reduced.
