PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment of an optical member such as a cylindrical lens equipped with a curved surface and a plane and to prevent the misalignment of an optical axis. SOLUTION: A pair of parallel pins 158 is protrusively provided on the pedestal 152 of a lens holder 140, and the cylindrical lens 160 is arranged so that its curved surface part 160A may be opposed to the parallel pins and held by spring plates 162 and 164 attached to the pedestal. The plate 164 abuts on the plane part of the cylindrical lens so as to hold the cylindrical lens with the parallel pin by energizing force, and the pedestal is attached so that a middle position between the parallel pins may be aligned with the optical axis of a laser beam, whereby the cylindrical lens is held in a state where the optical axis of the cylindrical lens is aligned with the optical axis of the laser beam.
